Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your package, and the shipping method you select. If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply use the “quick shipping calculator” in your shopping cart. Just enter your zip code, state and country. Then select your preferred shipping method, and click the “Apply” button. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

Transit times are as follows:
Standard Shipping - LEAST EXPENSIVE. Contiguous U.S. Only.3-9 business days.
3-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only.UPS 3-day Select .Guaranteed 3 business days.
2-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS 2-Day Air. Guaranteed 2 business days.
Next-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only.UPS Next-Day Air. Guaranteed 1 business day.
It usually takes between 5 hours from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. NOTE: “Overnight”, “2-Day” and “3-Day” packages are given priority status (expedited shipping) and packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, please select one of our expedited methods. These orders will get shipped out on the same day if they are ordered before 12:00 noon PST and will ship the next business day if they are placed after 12:00 noon PST. Please note that if your billing address is different from your shipping address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.
Tracking Your Order
After we ship an order, we will email you a tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have already placed an order and would like to track it, you can also track your order directly from our website.

Please email us at support@cypressmaxx..com for a RMA (return merchant authorization) number before you return it. Without RMA we cannot accept the return.
To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it – unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
For our customers’ protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out. Once in a great while, however, a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will give you the directions on how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement product or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement.
If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, pay your return shipping costs.
Backorders / Out of Stock Items
It is not our standard policy to accept backorders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
